Description:

The Admissions Office is seeking qualified individuals to support our daily operations. In this role, Admissions Clerks manage vital student data, including applications, transcripts, residency documents, deferments, and student record maintenance. Additionally, team members provide essential customer service by communicating with prospective and current students via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities:

Data & Record processing

  • Application Processing: Reviewing and managing incoming university applications.Academic Transcripts: Handling and verifying official academic transcripts.
  • Residency Verification: Processing documents related to student residency status.
  • Deferment Requests: Handling paperwork for students delaying their enrollment.Student Record Cleanup: Organizing, auditing, and maintaining accurate student files.

Communications & Customer Service

  • Phone Support: Answering inquiries from prospective students, parents, and high schools.
  • In-Person Contact: Greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting walk-ins at the office desk.
  • Email Correspondence: Responding to digital inquiries regarding the enrollment process.
